Once again, St. Mark’s is helping our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness. We are asking for your time to chaperone the guests. We are blessed to be partnering with Queen’s Chapel United Methodist Church and Mt Zion United Methodist Church. This collaboration has been successful in the past, and we are thrilled to be reuniting for such an important cause.
We are currently looking for volunteers to assist with our upcoming “week of warm nights” event at Craig Moe’s Multi-Service Center from 7 pm on Sunday, February 22, 2026, through 8 am on Sunday, March 1, 2026.
We need eight volunteers each night, divided into two shifts. The first shift will handle check-in from 7 pm to 12 am, while the second shift will stay overnight from 11 pm to 8 am.
Background checks are needed to volunteer. The cost of the background check will be paid by the Winter Shelter Board. The names and email addresses of volunteers should be submitted to Valerie (jamal6285@gmail.com or 443-485-0179).
Thank you for your support and dedication to be a blessing to others.
